Profile Wrapping

IWG offers high-performance EVA and PO hot melt adhesives for profile wrapping, designed to deliver strong adhesion, smooth edges, and heat-resistant bonding. Ideal for CPL, PU paper, and wood veneer on MDF and PB substrates, our adhesives ensure efficient, high-quality production for furniture and decorative panels.

EVA Hot Melt — SH30230 / 55913

Working temperature: 160–190℃. Filler-free. Perfect for wrapping CPL and PU paper onto MDF/PB substrates. Fast-melting with strong initial tack and excellent tensile strength.


EVA Hot Melt — PG271-3

Working temperature: 160–190℃. Filler-free. Designed for wrapping wood veneer onto MDF/PB substrates. Provides reliable bonding and heat resistance.


PO Hot Melt — 88690

Working temperature: 180–200℃. Superior heat resistance and strong initial tack. Minimal glue required for excellent adhesion. Ideal for high-end wrap profiling and immediate processing on UV coating lines.
